Join VEJA, a rapidly growing brand, as a Wholesale Customer Service Assistant. You will be integrated into the Sales Administration team and will be responsible for managing defective products and merchandise returns. You will work closely with the ADV team, sales representatives, agents, and customers. Previous experience in customer service and proficiency in English are required. Handle requests forwarded by the ADV regarding defective products, organize merchandise returns. Liaise with logistics and quality teams to ensure proper handling of returns. Enter requests for credit notes for defective products and merchandise returns into SAP, analyze returns. With a minimum of a bac +2 level education or equivalent, you have a first experience in customer service. Detail-oriented and organized, you believe that a quality customer experience is a strategic asset. Proactive, you have good interpersonal skills and a sense of listening. You have knowledge of and/or proficiency in: Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams…) SAP (ideally) Zendesk (ideally) Sensitive and motivated by the VEJA project, you are eager to support our growth by participating in our actions.
