Join Gimmy, an innovative startup in the food sector. As a Restaurant Trainer, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners, supervising, and continuously improving the existing teams. You will have a direct impact on the company's growth by ensuring operational excellence and the quality of our recipes. Train kitchen teams on Gimmy's processes and recipes, ensuring their autonomy before launch. Supervise restaurant services, observe practices, verify compliance with processes, and correct any errors. Participate in the development and improvement of educational materials, being proactive in suggesting improvements to current processes. You already have significant experience in the kitchen, ideally in fast food. You are comfortable on the ground and enjoy human contact. You are meticulous and have a keen eye for detail. You have good communication skills, are pedagogical, and know how to keep your cool. You are autonomous, proactive, and a source of proposals. You have an interest in the food industry and startup culture. You speak French fluently. Proficiency in English and/or Arabic is a plus!
