Join our company as a Data Governance Manager. You will be responsible for structuring, deploying, and managing data governance at the group level. You will work closely with data platform teams and data/AI projects. You should have 6 to 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or data quality, as well as a mastery of modern data architectures. Structure, deploy, and manage Group Data governance by adapting the governance model into suitable operational devices. Co-build and maintain reference data repositories and models by deploying and structuring data dictionaries. Collaborate with the DPO and Security teams to ensure compliance by formalizing and deploying Data policies.

• You hold a degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university program specialized in Data, governance, information systems, or organizational management.

• You are fluent in French and English in a professional context; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• You have 6 to 10 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Quality, with confirmed experience in structuring transverse governance devices.

• You master modern Data architectures (Data Platform, MDM, BI, AI).

• You have already implemented data dictionaries and structuring repositories.

• You understand the regulatory issues related to Data (GDPR, data security).

• You structure, formalize, and model complex devices with rigor.

• You work effectively in a transverse manner and know how to influence without direct hierarchical links.

• You demonstrate excellent analytical and writing skills.

• You easily use documentation and management tools.

• You show strong pedagogical skills and can make complex Data topics accessible to various stakeholders, from the field to the executive committee.

• You are results-oriented and favor pragmatic approaches that generate quick impacts (quick wins).

• You exercise influential leadership and know how to engage, convince, and advance topics.

• You are comfortable in transforming environments and can adapt to developing contexts.

• You adhere to the Group's values and operate with an entrepreneurial mindset.
