The Bordeaux-Aquitaine CROUS offers 83 places in the La Cressonnière residence located in Agen. Close to study locations, this modern, comfortable, and quiet residence has been open since 2007 and is situated within the university campus, just steps away from the Crous Market.
Types of housing in the residence: 72 T1 of 18m² 5 T1 PMR of 20m² 3 T1 Bis of 30m² (shared accommodation possible)
CROUS staff (reception, on-call, monitoring) are available if needed.
The rents are all-inclusive (water, electricity, heating, internet, for example) and residents can benefit from APL.
The accommodations are equipped with: bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, refrigerator, shower-toilet-sink unit, and individual kitchenette.
The housing application is made simultaneously with the application for the student social file and throughout the year depending on availability.
