The Les Arves building has 91 rooms of 12 m² and 8 accessible rooms of 18 m² (three-function cabin with shower, sink, and toilet in the accommodation; shared kitchen). The L’Albanais building offers 42 rooms of 12 m² (three-function cabin with shower, sink, and toilet in the accommodation; shared kitchen). The Val d'Arly building has 75 rooms of 12 m² (with private bathroom, shared kitchen, and communal toilets).
The site is equipped with a city stadium.
