Residence built in 1994 for the studio part and renovated between 2006 and 2011 for the room buildings. It includes:
575 comfort rooms of 9m²; 15 large comfort rooms of 12 to 14 m²; 130 T1 studios of 19 to 22 m²; 4 T1 bis studios of 40m²; 4 T2 of 52m².
The T1 and T1bis studios are furnished with a kitchenette, TV and telephone sockets. Wifi is available and they qualify for APL. The "comfort" rooms are equipped with refrigerators and have showers and toilets, and they qualify for ALS. Located at the West entrance of the Bouguen campus, near the law, economics, management, and AES faculty, the IUT, and the Kergoat university restaurant. The residence is equipped with a laundry room, a bike garage, a private parking lot, two common areas, several study rooms, a music room, and a library space. 27 accessible units from 12 to 52 m² (rooms and studios). Reception open 24/7.
