The residence is equipped with a laundry room, a bike garage, a common room, several study rooms, a music room, a gym, and a library space. Reception located at Bouguen (4 bis avenue Le Gorgeu) open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with a night watchman present from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM 7 days a week. Partial opening on weekends and centralized at the Kergoat site (4 rue Matthieu Gallou) in case of closure. It is located near the Bouguen campus, close to the UFR Sciences, the Student Health Service, and the Resto U' Armen.
