You will be responsible for incident management on our network, supervising on-site interventions, and communicating with clients. Ensure incident management on the network by performing technical diagnostics and triggering necessary interventions. Supervise and assist technicians working on client sites, managing on-site interventions. Handle requests for specific configurations and follow up on on-site interventions, ensuring coordination with operators. With a DUT/BTS/Licence in Networks and Telecommunications, you preferably have initial professional experience in network supervision, ideally with a telecom operator. You have a genuine passion for technology and are committed to providing the best possible service to Wifirst clients. You position yourself in a proximity support logic with our clients, internal teams, and our service providers, demonstrating patience and pedagogy with your various interlocutors. You also possess a professional level of English to respond to our international clients. Knowledge of other languages is a plus, especially Spanish, Italian, German, or Portuguese in that order of preference. Organized and dynamic, you have a taste for challenge and performance. Proactive, you leverage your past experiences and unwavering curiosity for the benefit of the company and its clients. After a training and adaptation period, you will be required to perform on-call duties, which will obviously be compensated. You have a perfect command of IT security protocols and are familiar with IT security standards and procedures (ISO 27001, PSSI..).
