WINTER SEASON 2026/2027 Lodged and fed position. First smile, last impression: be the one who sets the tone for your guests' stay. The essentials - Courchevel 1850 - Fixed-term seasonal contract - starting November 11th, 2026 - 42h30/week - Reports to: Executive Assistant & Operations Director - Fluent French and English (Portuguese and/or Russian a plus) - Compensation: €2,550 gross for 42h30 per week. Your responsibilities - Guest reception & relations: physical and telephone reception, check-in/check-out, room accompaniment, presentation of hotel and resort services, follow-up on guest requests. - Reservations: verification of arrival files, responses to information requests, spa and restaurant reservations. - Administrative & PMS: invoicing, payment processing, daily reports, update of guest information. - Concierge: organization of taxis, restaurants, activities, maintenance of the task log. - Hotel operations: setup of afternoon buffet, cleanliness of common areas, smooth communication between departments. - Night shifts (2 nights/week): night reception and service, accounting and day closing (night-audit), maintenance and tidying of common areas, facility supervision. Software used - Medialog - Spa booker - Concierge Organizer The profile we're looking for - Mastery of a hotel PMS, comfort with IT tools, excellent priority management. - Developed sense of service, neat presentation, genuine smile, responsiveness, team spirit, rigor, discretion. - English level B2 minimum essential. This position requires the ability to understand and advise international clientele, not just master a few common phrases.
