Join Orano, a key player in the energy transition and circular economy. As the Deputy Operations Director for Project CAM, you will be responsible for the industrial, financial, and operational execution of the project. You will have an executive mandate and will ensure control over CAPEX, timelines, risks, quality, and overall performance until industrial commissioning. Ensure control over CAPEX, timelines, risks, quality, and overall project performance. Manage monthly monitoring through the project scorecard, supervise key KPIs, and ensure structured executive reporting. Represent Orano Batteries in project and governance bodies, exercising formal alert and escalation powers in case of significant deviations.

Technical Skills:

In-depth expertise in CAPEX management, risk management, and governance of strategic projects.

Education: Master's degree in engineering or equivalent

Experience: Significant experience (>7 years) in managing complex industrial projects (ideally in EPC, process industry, or CAPEX projects), including overseeing industrial projects in the study, construction, and plant startup phases.

Languages: Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese would be appreciated.
