Technical Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in web development with Rails, on applications with strong business constraints.
- Experience in crowdfunding or fintech is highly appreciated.
- Readability is a crucial point, both in code and documentation.
- You have a pragmatic mindset, empathetic towards end users, and you care about delivering solutions that solve concrete problems.
- Delivering solutions to solve problems is a topic that excites you.
