Join our team as a Project Manager – HTB. You will be responsible for managing complex electrical projects with high technical value, from the study phase to final acceptance. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, monitor the financial performance of the projects, identify and manage risks, and unite project teams. You must have an engineering degree in electrical engineering or electrotechnics, with at least 5 years of experience in industrial project management. A solid knowledge of HTB standards and regulations is required, as well as proficiency in English and/or Spanish. Oversee the entire project cycle, from the offer/study phase to final acceptance by the client. Coordinate internal stakeholders (studies, site, supply chain) and represent the project to the client. Monitor the financial performance of the projects (margin, billing, cash flow, amendments, and logistical optimization). Engineer Bac+5 in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management. Experience in design, implementation, or modernization projects of HTB installations, from the study phase to commissioning. Solid knowledge of HTB standards and regulations (types of networks, protections, busbars, circuit breakers, transformers, lines, cables, etc.). Mastery of the technical, financial, and logistical aspects of an industrial project, with experience in managing a budget, schedule, and contractual follow-up. Customer-oriented, with an understanding of fieldwork and safety issues, accustomed to interacting with electrical teams, construction sites, and subcontractors.
