The SCHOLA CANTORUM DE NANTES presents a selection of pieces from the 19th- and 20th-century repertoire to introduce listeners to some beautiful works of French, American and German music. You will be able to hear Rheinberger’s Stabat mater, by the late 19th-century German composer, and a poem by Baudelaire set to music by Yves Castagnet, a 20th-century French composer, among some ten works accompanied on piano by Laurence CHIFFOLEAU under the direction of Thierry BRÉHU.
