The program "The Class, the Artwork" as part of the European Night of Museums. With: Collège Daudet, Nice; Lycée Apollinaire, Nice; Lycée Professionnel Pasteur, Nice; Collège Jean Cocteau, Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Based on a selection of artists and works from the museum's collection, playful activities have been imagined and designed as true educational and cultural mediation tools. These games are activated by students in the gardens of Villa Arson throughout the afternoon during the event The Class, the Artwork and the European Night of Museums. Meet with: students from Lycée Apollinaire to test your knowledge of contemporary art through charades and anagrams; students from Lycée Pasteur for a thrilling game of Who Is It? focused on the artists of the École de Nice; students from Collège Daudet to enter the world of Arman; and students from Collège Jean Cocteau to discover Niki de Saint Phalle's Tarot Garden. Designed and executed by the students, accompanied by their teachers, artist Camille Franch Guerra, and the mediation team from MAMAC, these games promote an engaging, accessible, and memorable encounter with art for all ages. As part of MAMAC's off-site programming, the event takes place in the gardens of Villa Arson, 20 avenue Stephen Liegeard, 06100 Nice.
