Exclusive events, unusual tours, and exceptional openings: discover European Heritage Days! The best way to protect heritage is to raise awareness of it. Every year, millions of visitors come together for European Heritage Days and step inside remarkable sites and buildings that are usually closed to the public. For the occasion, tours are organized to showcase the wealth of the City of Paris's heritage: religious buildings, restoration sites, historic buildings, and memorial sites. In addition to tours, activities, talks, and demonstrations of traditional skills are also available. There is something for people of all ages to learn and discover while having fun. Further details about the Hôtel de Ville and the program of off-site tours offered by the Department of Cultural Affairs will be announced gradually from July onward.
