From September 10 to 26, 2026, Galerie Keshavarzian presents The Sliding Wall, an exhibition of paintings by Iranian artist Mina Naderi.“The Sliding Wall series explores what time and memory do to images. Here, the wall is not merely an architectural element: it becomes a surface bearing the marks of presence, erasure, and successive revisions. Through accumulated layers, overpainting, surface wear, and the gradual reappearance of forms, the works create a tension between what remains visible, what is covered, and what fades away. Textures, concealed areas, and plant motifs that appear only in fragments compose a silent space where memory no longer survives as an intact image, but as an accumulation of traces.” — Mina NaderiBorn in Tehran in 1966, Mina Naderi has spent more than three decades developing a body of work in which color, memory, and perception gradually transform the image. Landscapes, flowers, and plant forms appear less as subjects to be depicted than as shifting presences—sometimes clear, sometimes fragmented—that hover between recognition and disappearance. Her work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Iran and internationally, including at Homa Gallery, Golestan Gallery, and Seyhoun Gallery in Tehran, as well as at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. A member of the Association of Iranian Painters, she has organized and curated thematic exhibitions and annual sales while also publishing texts on the visual arts. She lives and works in Tehran.Galerie Keshavarzian is a contemporary art gallery located in the Matignon district of Paris.
