Surprisingly, this theme, which is accessible to everyone, was created to address a workplace issue. In fact, this isn't my only session focusing on business and management. It's free and open to everyone, helping as many people as possible discover the practice of laughter… The powerful benefits of laughter improve everyone's life. We'll combine emotional-release activities to help us let go with laughter exercises that will build up the joy within us until we reach the point of "letting laughter loose," when we get swept up in the fun and laugh wholeheartedly. Finally, we'll lie down and let our fits of laughter run wild! It's a wonderful opportunity to discover humor-free laughter, the immediate happiness it brings, and its long-term benefits.
