Join Solidarités International, an NGO committed to humanitarian aid. As a Technical Referent MEL, you will be responsible for providing technical support to country offices, structuring technical expertise, and internal coordination. You will work closely with sector teams and contribute to improving program quality. The position is based in Clichy, with field travel required. Support and technical assistance to Country Offices in the development and implementation of program quality. Structuring technical expertise in monitoring and managing program data. Internal coordination and collaboration with sector teams to support the identification or development of materials and tools.

Your Profile

Education: Master's in humanitarian studies, Political Science, International Relations;

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a MEL Technical Referent or MEAL (SERA) in an NGO

• Experience as a MEL or MEAL Program Manager/Coordinator (SERA) including the implementation of MEAL strategy or action plans in the field

• Proven experience in supporting program teams in the development and implementation of monitoring processes and tools Desired skills and qualities:

• Cross-cutting understanding of EAH/SAME/Shelter issues in emergency and recovery contexts, ideally in development;

• Implementation of systems or tools for managing program data;

• Development of training materials and capacity building;

• Methodologies for qualitative and quantitative surveys, including training, sampling, data collection, supervision, analysis, and sharing of results (visualization);

• Conducting evaluation and learning exercises;

• Project and program engineering and ability to define and implement tools and methodologies;

• Excellent synthesis and writing skills. Computer skills:

• Microsoft Office

• Database management software Languages:

• Fluent French / English
