We are looking for a team leader to supervise and organize the work of a team operating in various stores. Your main responsibilities will include: organizing and allocating work, supervising the teams, monitoring task completion, ensuring compliance with schedules and instructions, and serving as a liaison between employees, stores, and the company. The team leader will also need to collect and relay professional information shared on WhatsApp groups used for work organization. This is an operational role: the team leader will also participate in store operations and directly support the team on the shelves when needed.
