As part of the daily operations of the hotel-restaurant, the employee will perform various versatile duties within the establishment, specifically:

• maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of the hotel rooms;
• preparation of rooms and checking their cleanliness before the arrival of guests;
• cleaning and maintenance of common areas and premises of the establishment;
• maintaining cleanliness and good general condition of the hotel spaces;
• assistance to the kitchen team according to service needs;
• participation in simple food preparation and setup tasks in the kitchen;
• dishwashing and cleaning of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment;
• cleaning and upkeep of work areas after service;
• compliance with hygiene and safety procedures and rules applicable to hotel and restaurant operations;
• occasional assistance to various departments of the establishment according to operational needs.
