DOMISSORI is seeking an Educator for Arabic immersion to support children and facilitate Arabic workshops in families' homes. Schedule: Flexible, In-person only
Your responsibilities:
- Establish a trusting relationship with children and their families
- Observe the child's environment and analyze their needs
- Propose workshops adapted to their pace and interests
- Ensure Arabic immersion through daily activities
- Organize engaging and educational Arabic workshops
- Encourage the child's autonomy, curiosity, and creativity
Desired profile:
- Training in Montessori pedagogy
- Perfect command of Arabic (bilingual or native speaker)
- Significant experience in childcare, facilitation, or education
- Strong listening skills, kindness, autonomy, and dynamism
- Comfort with communication and pedagogical tools
