DOMISSORI is looking for a bilingual educator in Arabic to work at families' homes and support children aged 3 to 5 years as part of an Arabic language immersion program. The position includes organizing engaging and educational workshops in an immersion setting, as well as providing academic support tailored to each child's needs. Location: Lognes 77 Schedule: Saturday before 12 PM In-person only Your responsibilities: - Build a trusting relationship with children and their families - Observe the child's environment and analyze their needs - Propose activities adapted to their pace and interests - Ensure immersion in English and Arabic through daily activities - Organize engaging and educational workshops around English and Arabic - Encourage the child's independence, curiosity, and creativity - Provide academic support tailored to each child's needs and level - Support children with homework and reinforce their learning Required profile: - Training in Montessori pedagogy - Fluent in English and Arabic (bilingual or native speaker) - Significant experience in childcare, activities coordination, or education - Good listening skills, kindness, autonomy, and dynamism - Comfort with communication and educational tools - Significant experience in academic support or homework assistance About DOMISSORI: Founded in 2016, it is the first home-based services company in France to offer Montessori activities at home.
