Within the mechanical workshop, you will lead the technical team and ensure the proper execution of interventions and provide customer advice. Specifically, you are responsible for: Organizing and planning workshop interventions Distributing work and monitoring repair progress Supporting technicians in their work Ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards Meeting agreed deadlines with customers Liaising with receptionists as needed Monitoring workshop productivity and activity indicators Ensuring proper use of equipment and materials Ordering and receiving parts from our suppliers Managing the fleet of loaner vehicles Your Profile Confirmed experience in automotive mechanics Management experience or willingness to progress toward a team leader role Organization, rigor and sense of responsibility Team spirit and good interpersonal skills Mandatory B driving license What We Offer A position of responsibility within the workshop A technical team to lead A structured environment Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Portuguese
