You will join a dynamic team working daily with Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Production, and international suppliers to secure the availability of parts needed for our trains. You will work in an environment comparable to the automotive or aerospace sectors: priority management, continuous improvement, supplier management, and a constant pursuit of performance. As a true supply chain player, you will be responsible for: Supplier Management & Operational Management - Ensure daily supplier monitoring: compliance with commitments, delivery performance, activity surveillance, and emergency management. - Identify and prevent risks: shortages, delays, non-conformities, logistics crises. - Implement corrective action plans and monitor their effectiveness. Management of Missing Parts - Analyze root causes of shortages, identify root causes, and deploy sustainable actions. - Actively contribute to supply chain reliability and reducing critical production situations. Data Reliability & Process Optimization - Guarantee data quality in the ERP (SAP): lead times, quantities, logistics parameters, order status. - Align logistics specifications with suppliers and Supply Chain rules: ABC classification, target stocks, batch sizes, delivery frequencies, dynamic safety. - Propose and implement improvements to optimize flows and reduce critical stock levels. Production Support & Priority Management - Define and monitor piece-by-piece priorities to secure assembly lines. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate alerts to the appropriate level. Your Profile Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree +5 years in Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing (or equivalent). - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a demanding industrial environment with tight time constraints. - Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral. - Strong knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and Excel (essential). Professional Skills - Solid Supply Chain background: supplier management, flow management, logistics configuration. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a multi-project context. - Excellent communication, synthesis skills, and ease in dealing with diverse stakeholders.
