This is a temporary replacement position for a Spanish Literature Teacher at the EREA (Regional Adapted Education Establishment) of La Plaine in Eysines (33). We offer a full-time contract of 18 hours in front of students (plus preparation time) from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027. Teachers and education personnel contribute to the school's primary mission of instructing and educating in order to lead all students to academic success and professional and social integration. They prepare students to exercise full and active citizenship. They transmit and share the values of the Republic. They promote a spirit of responsibility and the pursuit of the common good, excluding all discrimination. Personnel have a duty of strict political and religious neutrality. Specific working conditions: Timetables are set by the heads of the establishments concerned. School holidays: Zone A. Desired profile: Are you a holder of a higher education diploma in Spanish (Bachelor's degree or higher, Applied Foreign Languages or French as a Foreign Language)? Specific competencies: - Master and develop oral and written French language skills within the framework of your teaching, - Design and implement learning or teaching situations in accordance with national curricula, the common core of knowledge, skills and culture, - Transmit disciplinary knowledge through pedagogy adapted to the age and audience present, - Develop reading, comprehension and literary analysis skills, writing, oral presentation and language study, by developing students' literary and artistic culture, their sensitivity and their reflection as young thinking citizens, - Build, implement and facilitate teaching and learning situations taking into account the diversity of students, - Organize and ensure group functioning that promotes student learning and socialization, - Design and implement methods for evaluating student progress and achievements, - Ensure personalized monitoring of students in liaison with families and participate in their career guidance planning. Particular knowledge and skills: - Have strong linguistic and cultural competencies in Spanish (language and literature), - Teaching experience in an educational establishment would be a plus, - Proficiency in information and communication technologies - Contribute to the proper functioning of the establishment and to teamwork.
