Context: We are looking for a professional capable of thriving within cultures, markets, and strategic environments of two dynamic regions. This is a unique position: it requires dual expertise in architecture and business development, as well as the ability to bridge complex ecosystems. Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Identify and seize business opportunities between India and Europe, targeting innovative architectural projects (sustainable buildings, smart infrastructure, etc.).
• Cross-Cultural Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and institutions in both regions (architectural firms, developers, public authorities, etc.).
• Strategic Monitoring: Analyze trends, regulations, and specific needs of the Indian and European markets to adapt our service offerings.
• Contract Negotiation and Closing: Manage complex contracts taking into account cultural, legal, and financial differences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design teams (France) and production teams (India) to ensure smooth project execution.

Candidate Profile:

Education: Degree in commerce/management. Dual expertise (e.g., architecture + commerce) is a major asset.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in business development, ideally in architecture, engineering, or real estate sectors.
• International experience (India or Europe) desired: knowledge of markets, key players, and local practices.
• Experience in cross-border project management (a plus).

Key Skills:

• Mastery of technical aspects (standards, materials, BIM, sustainability) and commercial aspects (business models, calls for proposals).
• Excellent communication skills in English (required) and Hindi.
• Ability to travel frequently between India and Europe (50% of the time).
