What are the conditions for eligibility?
The €500 Parcoursup mobility grant concerns future students:
-
who were recipients of a high school scholarship in 2025-2026;
-
who have confirmed at least one application outside their academy of residence;
-
who have definitively accepted an admission offer ('yes' or 'yes if') for a confirmed application outside their academy of residence.
This aid does not concern people who are already students and reorienting via Parcoursup, nor high school students who did not receive the high school scholarship this year and would become higher education scholarship holders. Only beneficiaries of the high school scholarship in 2025-2026 are concerned by this mobility grant.
How to apply?
If you are eligible for this aid, by logging into the Parcoursup platform, you can identify which applications allow you to benefit from this scheme. A 'Mobility' button is displayed next to the application corresponding to a course outside your academy of residence.
From June 1, 2026, if you definitively accept an admission offer ('yes' or 'yes if') outside your academy of residence, you can apply online at amp.etudiant.gouv.fr.
The documents to provide are as follows:
-
proof of enrollment in the establishment corresponding to the application outside the academy of residence accepted in Parcoursup;
-
a bank statement in your name, for the bank transfer.
Following your online application, your file will be processed by the relevant Crous, once you are administratively enrolled in the establishment located outside your original academy.
Note that the mobility grant is paid in a single lump sum at the beginning of the academic year.
Can the grant be combined with other student aids?
The Parcoursup mobility grant can be combined with these other aids:
-
the merit-based grant.
