We are pleased to invite you at 7 PM to share a beautiful, generous, and gourmet evening at a Quizz/Exchange with a shared Vegan meal focusing on food, questioning its links with ecology, health, and ethics! 
followed by a friendly moment around a plant-based buffet! ! What impacts do our foods have on our Earth, in terms of agricultural land, water consumption, and miles traveled? Is there a connection between soil health, plant health, and human health? What relationship do we wish to maintain with animals, plants, Nature, and Life? A quiz will help animate the discussion and provide some elements for reflection. 
First, we will all dive together into an animated and enriching discussion where everyone is invited to share their ideas, experiences, and convictions. On the agenda: Tips and tricks for plantifying your plate! 
Sharing experiences of transitions Everyone is welcome! 
Then we will share a plant-based buffet (without meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, or honey). For this, everyone brings a dish, dessert, or fruits to enjoy. We can extend our exchanges and share our experiences during this friendly moment.
