Our commitment
Pionra has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material. These standards apply to the whole Pionra service: the pionra.world website and Pionra apps for Android and iOS, published by SMART GADGET HOME SARL (SIREN 814 564 407); see the legal notice.
What is prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited on Pionra in any form (text, image, video, link, drawing or AI-generated content):
- posting, sharing, requesting or distributing sexual content involving a minor or depicting a minor in a sexualised way;
- contacting a minor for sexual purposes, trying to obtain intimate images or meet them for that purpose (grooming);
- threatening to share intimate images to obtain money, images or acts (sextortion);
- offering, organising or facilitating exploitation or trafficking of a minor;
- using Pionra to direct people to such content or services outside the platform.
Minimum age
Pionra is for people aged at least 15, in accordance with our Terms of Use. When we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
Reporting content or behaviour
In the app and on the website, every post, comment and private conversation has a “Report” button. Choose “Child safety”: these reports are reviewed first by our moderation team.
You can also write to [email protected] with the subject “Child safety”.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 17 (police in France) or 112. You can also report child sexual abuse material to the French authorities on the official PHAROS (internet-signalement.gouv.fr) platform and call 119 (Allô Enfance en Danger), free of charge, 24 hours a day.
You can also report illegal content to Point de Contact, a member of the INHOPE network; for US-related content, to NCMEC’s CyberTipline.
What we do
- Posted or sent text (posts, comments, private messages) and images in posts and private messages are analysed automatically. Text detected as potentially sexualising a minor is blocked before publication or sending, then reviewed by a team member.
- All such content is removed and the account concerned is permanently banned.
- We report child sexual abuse material and situations where a child is in danger to the competent authorities: in France, the Ministry of the Interior’s PHAROS platform and, where applicable, the authorities of the country concerned.
- In accordance with the law, we retain evidence necessary for investigations and respond to requests from judicial authorities.
Compliance
Pionra complies with applicable child protection laws, including the French Criminal Code, the French law on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
Contact
The designated child-safety contact is the publication director, reachable at [email protected] (subject “Child safety”) and authorised to communicate with Google and the authorities.
