Pionra is an app published by SMART GADGET HOME SARL (SIREN 814 564 407). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
From your account
- Sign in to Pionra in the app or on pionra.world.
- Open Settings, then Privacy.
- Choose “Request deletion”, tick the confirmation box, then choose “Confirm deletion in 30 days”.
Delete some of your data without deleting your account
When signed in, you can remove your posts and notes with “Delete”: they are no longer published, but stay archived on our side. To remove a saved item, press “Save” again. To have an archived post or any other data permanently erased, write to [email protected] from your account’s email address.
Timing and cancellation
Deletion is scheduled from 30 days after your request; a technical failure may delay it. During those 30 days nothing is deleted or hidden and your account keeps working. You can cancel in Settings › Privacy with “Cancel deletion”. Pro subscriptions stop renewing when you request deletion and are cancelled when your account is deleted. If you cancel the request, renewal stays off: you can then turn it back on with “Manage my subscription” in Settings › Privacy, or by writing to [email protected].
Without access to your account
If you cannot log in, email [email protected] from your account’s email address to request deletion.
What is deleted
Deleted: password, sessions, Google sign-in links and access tokens; email, username, name, photo, bio, country, city, area, situation, interests and referral code; the content of all posts and notes, both drafts and published (text, photos, places, prices, event details, translations and attachments); comment text; bookmarks, reading history, event RSVPs, message reactions, blocks you created, consents and API keys; business reviews (ratings are recalculated); notifications, push devices and push logs; data exports; support messages sent from your address; newsletter subscription and arrival reminders. Files (photos, attachments, exports) that are not used elsewhere on Pionra are then erased from our storage servers; if a technical problem occurs, erasure is retried automatically and may take a few days.
What is anonymised
The account becomes “Deleted user”. Private messages are not erased: recipients still see them, signed “Deleted user”. Votes, likes, post reaction counts and poll answers still count. Posts and comments are emptied of their content and hidden. Business listings you claimed stay public but are unlinked from your account and lose the owner’s email and contact details and their verified badge. Business listings you created are withdrawn. Community proposals are kept, without your email or comment.
What is kept
Payment and invoice records are kept for 10 years for accounting obligations; reports and moderation decisions, as evidence; security logs, for at most 1 year; and a record that the deletion happened, without the reason.
