Dance For choreographers from hip-hop Annabelle Loiseau and Pierre Bolo, krump is a powerful, unconventional dance. When they take it on, the performer is filled with a fierce energy that tears them away from themselves. In this new creation, the two artists infuse it with a rare musicality, making "Brut(es)" a true visual shock where the audience and dancers are at the heart of the action. Born in the 90s in the poor neighborhoods of Los Angeles, krump has a cathartic power. This dance has allowed its pioneers to externalize their experiences. Here, on a stripped-down stage, five performers showcase this explosive physicality. They embody the movements that characterize it, as well as its musicality and spirituality. The gestures and theatrical play enhance the sculptural and eloquent nature of their postures. In this authentic proposal, each step is a release and seems to exorcise their demons, elevating their souls. Suitable for audiences aged 11 and up Performances: Tuesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 8 PM Meeting with the artistic team on Tuesday, May 5, after the performance.
