The City of Lille invites you to the Citizen Participation Forum to discuss and reflect together on the role of residents in decisions affecting Lille and its neighborhoods.
The Citizen Participation Forum, a key opportunity for discussion How can residents make their voices heard more effectively? How can people be encouraged to get more involved in local life? How can the women and men of Lille be more closely involved in decisions that affect them? On September 12, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Grand Carré Pierre Mauroy in the Hôtel de Ville, the Citizen Participation Forum will provide an opportunity for collective reflection on these questions. The program will include testimonials from residents, discussions with speakers, and participatory sessions to share experiences and explore possible developments in local democracy. Following the plenary session, a citizen participation village will offer an opportunity to discover the programs and bodies already operating in Lille and continue discussions on the Forum’s various areas of focus.
