La Folie Continue #3 welcomes the musical duo Petit Tonnerre for one last gentle moment to share together, for children and adults alike. Immerse yourself in the poetry of the two musicians and their instruments.
This duo, comprising Emma – vocals, percussion, narration – and Ludovic – double bass, backing vocals – invites audiences on a musical journey where songs intertwine with short, evocative stories. With a small but powerful collection of instruments, the duo envelops its audience in a rich, warm soundscape. The deep voice, double bass, and light percussion create a distinctive sonic texture. The intimate, poetic atmosphere encourages attentive listening and a sense of wonder. The repertoire includes contemporary songs and others drawn from folk traditions, as well as jazz standards reimagined with lyrics written by the duo.
