L'Atelier Nebout // Lieux et Liens The Atelier was created by Emmanuel NEBOUT in 1981 in Montpellier, three years after obtaining his diploma. Joined in 1984 by Laurence Javal, his partner and wife, they patiently built their experience and expertise through attention to the relationships between "knowledge" and "doing" as well as to "things and people." Since its creation, the Atelier has received commissions through public competitions. It has thus delivered numerous teaching facilities, sports and cultural equipment (with missions often extended to the study of furniture, lighting, signage and scenography), expressing its attention to context and details, and its connections with the world of design, in the broadest sense. It also participates in various public space redevelopment and urban renewal projects. Opening reception on Wednesday, October 14 from 6 PM at La Fenêtre (1 Place de la Comédie, 34000 Montpellier, entrance on the right on the forecourt of the Opéra Comédie).
