Discover the gardens' wild edible plants and learn how to cook with them. Set off to discover the wild edible plants in the gardens of the Château de Flaugergues. Over the course of 1h30, you will learn to identify the plants that can be found in the gardens, and get to know their culinary uses and properties. The walk will be followed by a little foraging session. You will then head to the kitchen to prepare an appetizer bite with the plants you have gathered. The workshop will end with a tasting paired with wines from the Château. A simple, friendly activity for discovering wild plants in a new way and learning how to use them in the kitchen.
