For Halloween, Gamescape transforms the famous werewolf game into a 24-player murder party, hosted by actors in the vaulted cellars of Île Saint-Louis.
You probably know werewolf, the party game where everyone receives a secret role and must unmask the hidden traitors among the players. At Gamescape, an escape game creator in Paris, we've made it a full-scale experience: The Pack. It takes place at Secret de l'Île, in underground vaulted cellars with exposed stone, just steps from Notre-Dame. Costumed actors run the game, and the décor and sound design do the rest. The story: beneath Île Saint-Louis sleeps an evil creature, the Beast. For centuries, a secret brotherhood has ensured it never wakes. But some members have betrayed it and want to free it: they are called The Pack. Upon arrival, you receive a cape, a mask, and a secret role. You might be a loyal member of the brotherhood, or perhaps a traitor. During the day, you debate, accuse, and vote. At night, the traitors act in the shadows. Unmask them before the final judgment. No experience is necessary: the actors explain the rules to everyone before starting. And if you die during the game, you stay in the game. You move into another phase of the adventure where you solve puzzles to influence the outcome until the very end. For Halloween, we're opening sessions to everyone. For the rest of the year, we reserve The Pack for businesses and private groups. From October 26 to November 1, come alone, with a friend, or with a group: you form the brotherhood with the other players for the evening. Plan for 90 minutes of play and about 2 hours on-site. After the game, stay for about thirty minutes to talk it over with the other players over a non-alcoholic drink and some treats.
Price: €35 per person (including tax) for open sessions, from age 12. You can also book an entire private session for your group: €800 (including tax) for up to 24 players.
