Cockroaches, mice, rats, bed bugs… a nature remarkably adapted to urban environments.
Most of us prefer not to coexist with certain animals, especially within the privacy of our homes. And yet, their remarkable adaptation to our urban environment reveals many treasures. This conference invites you to discover this other fauna, closely tied to our urban lives. The conference is led by Joëlle Salomon Cavin, Professor of Urban Environmental Geography at the University of Lausanne and author of the book Unwanted!? The City's Unloved Animals.
