For its 10th anniversary, Pigeoncoq is organizing a giant "Do It Yourself" workshop in Paris on Saturday, November 7, with 200 kilos of dormant leather made available free to the public.
200 kilos of leather from major fashion houses for a giant DIY workshop where you can make your own accessories for free! For its 10th anniversary, Pigeoncoq is going all out and opening its workshop doors to the public, in partnership with Nona Source, the platform that facilitates the reuse of materials from LVMH group brands. You pick your leather from the pile and make a small leather goods accessory in about 20 minutes: charm, case, amulet, card holder, or whatever you want. No skill level required, and nearly 200 kg of leather, including a selection from dormant stocks provided by Nona Source, will be available. If you want to create something of your own design, prepare your ideas beforehand because 20 minutes goes by quickly, but otherwise, we'll have plenty to inspire you on the spot. Since 2016, over 30,000 bags have come out of our workshops, and I'm not sure I've ever seen the same design twice. But what I love is seeing how almost everyone discovers how satisfying it is to make their own bag with their hands. Juliette Chauveau, founder
Pricing: 200 pre-registrations for the DIY workshop x Nona Source posted online, then free entry throughout the day based on availability.
