The Veg Nature association, as part of the Terre Mere Festival of Nouvelle Acropole Montpellier, is organizing a Special "Gourmet and Eco-Friendly" Workshop 
Led by Marc, a specialist in Living Food. Come discover how to prepare a special Gourmet and Eco-Friendly menu with fresh, seasonal products that have numerous health benefits. On the MENU: Creamy mushroom, spinach, sweet potato soup Sprouted seed salad Raw tabbouleh Apple tart with meadowsweet cream
