The intergenerational residence located in the heart of the Gardens of Augustin includes 56 housing units, of which 10 T1 are reserved for scholarship students. Just 5 minutes from the Erdre, it is situated in a central neighborhood of Nantes, close to public transport and numerous walking and relaxation areas. The neighborhood features a market, a convenience store at the foot of the residence, and all the shops and services necessary for daily life. The goal is to animate the place with everyone's participation by promoting friendliness and mutual aid between generations. To keep it lively, leisure activities and friendly moments will be organized by employees, volunteers from the association, and student residents. The 10 students housed in T1 units must be motivated by this solidarity project and dedicate a few hours each week to help elderly residents and participate in collective activities under the coordination of a social life facilitator employed by Habitat and Humanisme.
