CLASS OPERATION – FLAMENCO CULTURE: Flamenco is an art of expression and solo performance: No partner needed – Flamenco is a mixed art that is open to both women and men.
ATTIRE – SHOES: Loose, comfortable clothing (no mini-skirts / no tight skirts / no obligation to wear Flamenco dresses) – Flamenco shoes or for a trial: Flat shoes with square heels (No stilettos)
All registrations are done through HelloAsso. Feel free to contact our team to know your level (the years of practice are indicated as a guideline). Trial classes are only for new students. The trial class is only for students who have never taken classes at PEÑA ESTRELLA. Operation: You take the class, your spot will be reserved 24 hours after this first session. Beyond that, it will be allocated to people on the waiting list.

PEÑA ESTRELLA FLAMENCO IN LILLE La Peña Estrella promotes Flamenco culture in Lille through dance, singing, guitar, and cajon classes, as well as performances. Founded by Patricia WARTELLE, the "Mama" of Flamenco who has supported this art in Lille since 1984 through numerous events, it is now her daughter Estrella who has taken up the torch, accompanied by a team of passionate instructors. Adults and children come together in a friendly atmosphere to calmly approach the teaching of music, singing, or dance.
