Parc de l'île d'Amour
Located in Meylan, just east of Grenoble, this park is a true nature escape. Access is open and free, day and night. It is the ideal place for a quiet picnic break away from the noise of the city. The banks of the Isère offer peaceful walks, perfect for gently ending a bike ride. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and relaxed.
Parc des Champs-Élysées
This little hidden gem near the station is often underestimated. With its century-old trees and shaded paths, it offers welcome coolness in summer. Be careful, however, as the weekday opening hours are quite restrictive. Parc Paul Mistral
