A series of 12 workshops on Tuesdays from 2 PM to 3 PM. The goal of this course is to practice adapted physical activity as a source of well-being and to promote successful aging! This physical activity course is collective and requires attendance at all 12 sessions. There are 2 evaluation sessions (first and last sessions). Throughout the course, you will perform exercises for balance, flexibility, coordination, and muscle strengthening tailored to your abilities and needs. After this course, you may be directed towards regular physical activity at home or elsewhere to continue your practice. To participate in this course, please contact Laurène, the occupational therapist at Maison Lill'Âges, at 03 20 49 50 19 to confirm your participation. Workshops are led by a physical activity instructor from UFOLEP. From Tuesday, February 10 to Tuesday, April 28, from 2 PM to 3 PM. Maison Lill'Âges, 108 rue des Meuniers.
