Shared Housing for Solidarity Projects (KAPS) - Nice

Are you between 18 and 30 years old, interested in shared housing and looking for a human and solidarity-based experience?

Then the Shared Housing for Solidarity Projects (KAPS) by Afev is for you!

The principle is simple: you live in shared housing with 2 or 3 other roommates, in a working-class neighborhood of Nice, and you commit 5 hours per week to undertake solidarity projects in the neighborhood: mentoring a young person in their school journey, organizing games at the foot of buildings, organizing craft or sports activities, helping seniors use their smartphones... the possibilities are numerous!

You will be supported throughout the year by Afev, an association fighting educational inequalities through youth engagement.

🏘️ T3, T4 and T5 apartments (2, 3 or 4 bedrooms), rooms available in mid-September

📂 Individual unfurnished lease for 1 year / eligible for APL

💰 Rent: between €220 and €320/month, before APL deduction (charges included: collective heating and household waste)

📍 Location: 2 possible neighborhoods:

• Les Moulins, at 24 avenue de la Méditerranée, 06200 Nice => Access: tram 3, Digue des Français stop

• Las Planas, at 84 avenue de la Méditerranée, 06100 Nice => Access: tram 1 then bus 57, Les Oeillets stop

Application criteria:

Be between 18 and 30 years old

Be a student, apprentice, civil service volunteer or employed

Be available 5 hours per week to get involved!

Want to live in shared housing and meet neighbors and residents of the neighborhood

Have French or European nationality, or a valid residence permit, have a social security number and a 2025 tax return or non-taxation certificate on 2024 income
