On October 31, Domaine du Grand Puy opens its doors for an evening as delicious as it is spellbinding… For the occasion, our chef has dreamed up a special Halloween menu. The Maleficent Starter: creamy burnt lobster heads, black egg with cuttlefish ink, popped corn and chili oil. The Diabolical Mains: scallop civet and sea bass ravioli with roots and tubers, blood-of-the-earth sauce, or braised and flame-grilled Aubrac beef paleron, roots and tubers, black garlic jus. The Ultimate Temptation of Darkness: gothic dark chocolate entremet, smoked vanilla ganache and a bloody raspberry coulis. And little ghosts under 10 are our guests!
