The collective and solidarity-based job search cohorts are for autonomous, proactive, and curious job seekers of all ages and backgrounds. The idea? A collective and supportive environment built on collective intelligence, sharing, and cooperation. For 15 days (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), around ten people come together at the Cojob association’s premises (near the Gare Maritime tram stop, in Nantes) to look for a job and/or redefine their career plan. Participants dedicate their time to job searching (individually and collectively), discussions and sharing experiences, practical and themed workshops (networking, LinkedIn, CV, co-development…), as well as friendly social moments.
