Moms and babies circle Do you have a baby aged 0 to 6 months? Would you like to connect with other new moms? Do you live in St Sébastien sur Loire, Nantes, or nearby (or farther away if you feel like it!)? Come and join a Moms and Babies Circle!?? 4 meetups to get out of the house, make connections, and take care of yourself! A weekly well-being meetup where you can focus on yourself—a gentle bubble for you and your little one, where you can forget about everything you need to do at home and simply enjoy yourself! We meet in my cozy little haven, giving you a chance to get out of the house! What happens in a Circle? First, we relax! Don't worry if your baby cries or needs changing, etc. (we're all moms here—we know what it's like! And I have an extra pair of arms to give you a break ;-)) Then we talk (because let's be honest, we love doing that too)! We talk about you, Mamas, because you're worth it! We talk about matrescence, the physical and emotional upheavals, and reconnecting with yourself. We talk about your babies too, of course. We do well-being workshops and creative activities (nothing complicated!). We create a little village to help you navigate postpartum life together.
