Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to take part for free in "Mon premier atelier santé environnement," a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from your child's very first months. The first 1,000 days of your child's life, from pregnancy to age two, are crucial for their health. These workshops are designed to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health — hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household cleaners… — and to give you the keys to take simple action, without turning your daily life or your budget upside down. Led by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents and parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you leave with a health and environment kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes… Everything you need to get started with peace of mind!
