A confidential online space for listening and support where everyone can speak freely.
The association Des Racines et des Ailes is setting up an online speaking circle for women. These spaces are designed to offer a time for listening, support, and exchange, accessible remotely, in a strictly confidential and secure environment. These groups allow participants to express themselves freely, to share their experiences if they wish, to break out of isolation, and to benefit from collective support. No one is required to speak. It is entirely possible to participate only as a listener. The groups are facilitated by qualified professionals, including coaches and psychologists, trained in supporting women who are victims of domestic violence. The facilitation ensures a structured environment, respectful of each person's pace and voice, in a non-judgmental approach. Exchanges take place exclusively online, in a format that allows for anonymity. Participants can use a pseudonym. Turning on the camera is never required, in order to preserve the safety, privacy, and comfort of each person. These speaking circles are part of a prevention, support, and reconstruction approach. They do not replace medical, psychological, social, or legal support, but can serve as an initial space to speak and seek guidance. The groups are organized on a recurring basis. The dates, specific times, and connection details are communicated only to registered participants. The number of participants is intentionally limited to ensure the quality of exchanges and a safe environment.
