The big back-to-school event in the 13th is fast approaching!
As it does every year, Rentrée 13 invites you to the Sports Village, which will take place at the Italie Deux shopping center from Wednesday, September 9 to Saturday, September 12, and to the Associations Forum, which will be held on Saturday, September 12 on boulevard Auguste Blanqui, between place d’Italie and Corvisart station. This must-attend event in the 13th is an opportunity for everyone to choose activities for themselves and their children for the coming year. It is also a chance for some of you to get involved and volunteer with a local nonprofit whose work and values are close to your heart. Practical information · When? Children, teenagers, adults, seniors, sports enthusiasts, creative people, volunteers, and more · Free admission, open to everyone Sports Village – Join us from Wednesday, September 9 to Saturday, September 12, 2026, Centre commercial Italie Deux Wednesday and Saturday, 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 4–8 p.m. Come and meet the many clubs from the arrondissement, whose friendly teams will introduce you to all their activities. All these nonprofits offer sessions at sports facilities in the 13th. Associations Forum – Join us on Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Boulevard Auguste-Blanqui As it does every year, the Associations Forum will take place on Boulevard Auguste-Blanqui, at the usual market site between place d'Italie and Corvisart station. In a fun and welcoming atmosphere, you can meet nonprofits from the 13th and discover their activities, initiatives, and many projects. You will be free to explore the Associations Forum through its different themed villages, reflecting the richness of community life in our arrondissement: “Institutions,” “Seniors and Well-being,” “Health – Disability – Inclusion,” “Solidarity,” “Environment and Mobility,” “Culture and Leisure,” and “Youth, Citizenship and Families.” The Associations Forum will also be an opportunity to talk with teams from the Mairie, the street-cleaning services, the Police municipale, and the Maison des Solidarités. You can also speak with the civic participation teams and the Conseils de quartier. Quartier Jeunes 13 (QJ13) will also be represented. Finally, musical entertainment will be provided by the Les Plaies Mobiles brass band between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m.! As in previous years, the Résoquartier nonprofit’s community food truck will serve meals throughout the day, prepared by volunteers using fresh surplus food. Contributions are voluntary, with everyone giving what they can afford.
